Pastors Deon and Carmen's international apostolic ministry first opened in Monrovia, Liberia several years ago with their birthing of an Affiliation of New Destiny Chapel in Monrovia, Liberia. Under the direction of the West Africa Bishop, Judah & Faith Flourish oversee three New Destiny church plants in Liberia and Nigeria, as well as hundreds of Affiliate Pastors and Churches. Pastors Deon and Carmen hold Pastor and Leadership Conference in these locations as well as city-wide crusades. Expansion of these ministries are continuing under Bishop Flourish's vision and oversight.

Following the leading of the Spirit of God to Haiti, the floodgate of ministry doors have continued to open and expand with no end in sight. Under the direction of Haiti Director, Diems (James) Duverias and Mayor Jean Gael, Pastors Deon and Carmen have many ministries they not only support but have founded, developed and administrate. One main focus are the three orphanages located throughout Haiti; Destiny Village in Pierre Paya, Ebeneezer Glen Orphanage in Dessalines and Hope Orphanage in Delmas, Port-au-Prince. Pastor Deon hosts teams to each of these orphanages on a regular basis bringing supplies and man-power for assistance. Pastor Deon also holds City-wide Crusades and Pastor & Leadership Conferences through out the year in many cities and villages. At present, a New Destiny Church is in the framework of being planted in Delmas Haiti under the supervision of Mayor Jean Gael, as well as a Bible Training School for Pastors.
