Pastors Deon and Carmen both received their individual calls to ministry at an early age. Having pursued the will of God for their lives, they combined their gifting in 1986 when they married and began their journey in full-time ministry together.
During the last 25 years in ministry, they have served in almost every capacity in the local church, including youth and associate pastoring, worship leading, mentoring and the office of Senior Pastor. However, Deon and Carmen believe their most fruitful training for ministry has been during the seasons of hardship where God has honed and developed their anointed gift through brokenness and breakthrough faith! These seasons have also defined and clarified their mandate and caused them to pursue their assignment with boldness and tenacity like never before!
Currently, Pastors Deon and Carmen Lett are located on the West Coast of Florida with their two children, children where they have Pastored a total of 17 years, fulfilling a call to the greater Tampa Bay area. They are Founders and Senior Pastors of New Destiny International Church and Ministries in St. Petersburg, FL, reaching the city with an outreach-focused vibrant and relevant ministry. They are Bishop to hundreds of Affiliate Pastors in West Africa and Haiti and are founding and supporting new works in these areas continually.
